Examples of figures created with the toolkit. The standard figures shown in the Zooplankton Status Report series and the WGZE zooplankton time series metabase were created using the COPEPOD Interactive Time-series Explorer (COPEPODITE).  This free, online toolkit allows a user to create similar figure sets from their own time series data.

The methodology used by COPEPODITE and the Zooplankton Status Report is present as a "methods chapter" in each report.  The latest methods chapter are also individually accessible online here.
